4. Customer Responsibilities:

   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding their renovation, remodelling, repair, or painting requirements.

   • Customers must adhere to the terms of their agreement, including payment schedules and any additional requirements specified by Chandigarh Builders.

5. Warranty and Maintenance:

   • Chandigarh Builders provides warranties on the workmanship and materials used in renovation, remodelling, repair, and painting projects, as outlined in your agreement or warranty documentation.

   • Customers are responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of their renovated or remodelled spaces to ensure longevity and performance.

6. Limitation of Liability:

   • Chandigarh Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

   • In no event shall Chandigarh Builders' total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service or project in question.
